Delivery Information
- All signs are made to order and typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days after confirmation.
- Free delivery is offered on all regular orders across Pakistan.
- Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation message with tracking details.
Return and Exchange Policy
- Since all products are custom-made, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
- If your sign arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for an exchange.
- To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Delivery charges apply only in case of an exchange, not on standard orders.
- Exchanges are available only for the same design or a corrected version of your original order.
